We are located on the campus of Alabama School for the Blind in Talladega, Alabama. We are also a Sub-regional Library for the Blind and Physically Disabled, administrating the federal lending program for qualifying residents of Coosa, Talladega and St. Clair Counties.
Through this site, you can: print out forms to register with the National Library Service/Library for the Blind and Physically Handicapped; order books from that service if you are already registered and live in Coosa, Talladega or St. Clair County; register K-12 students online for Instructional Resource Center materials (teachers only); order instructional materials online for K-12 students if they are already registered (teachers only); order special described videos, learn how to receive DVS service for Public Broadcasting Service programs, and read about our Braille transcribing service.
