STEM Academy
Prepare for the transition from high school to college!
About STEM Academy
STEM Academy is a three-week summer bridge for high school students who are Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH). Created by the NTID Regional STEM Center (NRSC) at the Alabama Institute for the Deaf and Blind (AIDB), it adapts the RIT/NTID Summer Transition Program (STP) and adds hands-on STEM activities. Research shows summer bridge programs boost college acceptance and persistence.
