The grounds of the ASB campus have sprawling green-spaces and enormous old oaks, giving the campus a collegiate look.

Eugene Landreth Music Center
Students learn music in a new music building dedicated to Eugene Landreth, who taught music at ASB much of his life. The Landreth Music Center contains a band hall, practice rooms, piano practice rooms, a piano lab for group keyboard lessons, and a state-of-the-art recording studio.
Independent Living Center
Independent Living Center
Students at ASB get the opportunity to learn how to live independently in our ILC which features group living settings as well as individual apartments.
Student Center and Ring of Love
Student Center and Ring of Love
The Asbury Student Center houses a large indoor swimming pool, the Ronnie Garret Gymnasium, a snack bar, fireplace, and multiple other spaces for exercise and recreation. The Ring of Love is surrounded by paving stones with each graduating class' motto engraved in the stone.

On cool evenings, our students enjoy sitting under a huge, old oak tree, gathered around a campfire to talk, play guitar and sing.

Band! Ten Hut!
With those words, the Alabama School for the Blind Marching Band was called to attention and marched down Boylston Street in downtown Boston and into Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind history!
