Transportation Request Form:
This form is for parents who require transportation assistance
because they are unable to transport their child to or from a Short-Term Programs course.
Please complete this form at least two weeks before the course start date.

2024-2025 Course Registration Form:
Parents, please review the course listings and use the
form to register your child for the desired courses. Kindly note that last-minute changes,
although understandable in emergency situations, hinder the planning process for the STP staff.
Please try to register for a course two or more weeks before the course start date.

Directions:
From I-65 North
● Take Exit 318 for U.S. 31 North
● Turn Left onto US-31 North (15.6 miles)
● Turn Right onto JH Crow Drive by the AIDB sign. Travel on that road until you veer right
and see the second building on your right. That will be the dorm building you will need to
check-in at. There will be signs directing you to the entrance.
From I-65 South
● Take exit 334 for AL-67 toward Decatur/Priceville/Somerville
● Keep right at the fork, follow signs for Decatur and merge onto AL-67 N/Point Mallard
Pkwy SE (4.2 miles)
● Turn Left onto US-31S (2.5 miles)
● Turn Right onto JH Crow Drive by the AIDB sign. Travel on that road until you veer right
and see the second building on your right. That will be the dorm building you will need to
check-in at. There will be signs directing you to the entrance.
From I-565 West:
● Take I-565 West
● Continue on State Highway 20 West (1.8 miles)
● Continue onto US-31 S/6th Ave NE (5.9 miles)
