Dr. Kristen DeLauney, Au.D., CCC-A
Dr. DeLauney serves as the Director of Audiology for the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind, where she has led the Audiology, Speech Language Pathology, and Low Vision departments for the past five years. A dedicated educational and pediatric audiologist, she brings over 16 years of experience supporting students who are Deaf and hard of hearing.
Dr. DeLauney is passionate about providing the technology, resources, and support necessary to help students excel in their educational environments. Her work is rooted in a deep commitment to ensuring every student has the tools they need to thrive.
She lives in Southside, AL, with her husband and two children. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, staying active in her church, and attending Auburn sporting events.
Dr. DeLauney currently serves as a board member for the Alabama Board of Examiners for Speech Language Pathology & Audiology.
