As Alabama School for the Deaf (ASD) wraps up another strong football season, we’re breaking down the stats behind the team’s success. 

1,770 Miles

From the plains of Oklahoma to the swamps of Florida, the team traveled 1770 miles (or over 28 hours!) to dominate on the road with an astounding 4-0 away game record! 

312 Points

There’s nothing like the thrill of scoring a touchdown! The ASD football team scored over 40 touchdowns to rack up 312 points this season. 

2,560 Yards

The ASD football team is going the distance! They traveled 2560 all-purpose yards including 1611 rushing yards, 459 receiving yards, and 306 kickoff return yards! 

332 Tackles

Proving they could come together to tackle any problem, the defensive team came together to guard the endzone with 332 tackles!

5 Region Wins

Proving, once again, to be the “Home of Champions,” the team ranked 1st within the Mason-Dixon (8 Man) region! They finished the season with a 5-0 record within their region.
