Anna Theiss joined the Girl Scout troop at Alabama School for the Blind during her senior year of high school. It had a profound impact on her life.

Band! Ten Hut!

With those words, the Alabama School for the Blind Marching Band was called to attention and marched down Boylston Street in downtown Boston and into Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind history!

Resolution: ASB Band

During their August 2023 meeting, the Alabama Institute for Deaf and Blind Board of Trustees voted in favor of a resolution honoring the Alabama School for the Blind Band.
