• What are NRSC Online Camps?
    NRSC Online Camps are FREE summer programs for deaf and hard-of-hearing
    high school students.  Camps for high school students include TinkerCad Camp,
    Robotics & Coding Introductory Camp, Robotics & Coding Advanced Camp, and 
    Coding with Python Camp. 

    Middle school students may apply to either/both Robotics & Coding Introductory
    and Robotics & Coding Advanced camp.

    When are the NRSC Online Camps?
    Tinkercad Camp:  June 15-19, 2020 from 12:00PM to 4:00PM CST.

    Robotics & Coding Introductory:  June 22-26, 2020 from 11:00AM to 1:00PM CST.

    Robotics & Coding Advanced: June 22-26, 2020 from 2:00PM to 4:00PM CST.

    Coding With Python: June 29-July 2, 2020 from 12:00PM to 4:00PM CST.


    What do I need to be able to participate?
    To participate in any of the online camps, you are required to have a desktop
    or laptop with webcam.  An alternative device such as iPad or equivalent tablet
    may be used.  The Zoom app must be downloaded to the device in order to join
    the meetings.  A web browser of your choice will be used for lab activities.


    Who can apply to NRSC Online Camps?
    Any deaf or hard-of-hearing high school student in one of the 12 NRSC-
    supported Southeast states can apply to the program. Students who have
    graduated high school, but have not yet begun college also may attend the
    camp.  Students outside of the Southeast states may apply but priority will
    be given to the Southeast states.  

    Middle school students may apply to either/both Robotics & Coding Introductory
    and Robotics & Coding Advanced camp.

    How do I know if I have been accepted to the NRSC Online Camps?
    We will begin contacting applicants and their parents in June to notify
    them of their acceptance into the camp.
