DeaFestival is Coming to Opelika

    Get ready for the biggest celebration of the year! Our third annual DeaFestival is coming to Opelika, and it will be epic! We are excited as we bring together the best of Deaf culture, art, and talent for a FREE one-day event on Saturday, October 19th. DeaFestival offers the opportunity to educate the public about Deaf culture and the importance of American Sign Language (ASL). With entertainment, vendor booths, a resource fair, food, and fun, DeaFestival is a spectacle you do not want to miss!

    Our festival, which draws nearly 400 people from around Alabama and neighboring states, is not just a celebration but an educational event that raises awareness and promotes inclusion. The event will include:
